As soon as your check is received, a "WELCOME PACKAGE" is mailed. It contains directions from the airport, your condo #, suggestions of things to do, where to eat, my property mgrs. name & phone #, & much more.This is a very romantic condo. You can lay in bed & still see The Sea of Cortez. The views are beautiful. I get lots of honeymooners. Current references are available.
Your condo is on the 5th 1/2 of 7 floors. On your private oversized balcony, you over look The Sea of Cortez. Enjoy spectacular sun/moon rises while the tide comes & goes. See snorkelers, fishing boats, best of all, whales put on a fantastic show from Jan. to mid April. You also overlook 1 of the 2 swimming pools featuring swim up bars serving snacks, drinks, & beer. Breakfast is served pool side at either place & one has a restaurant serving lunch & dinners too. Very nice & tasty food!
Misiones also features 2 beaches. 1 beach offers a cove for swimming, kayaking, or great snorkeling. Equipment is available to rent right on the beach. The other is a long expansive beach for swimming, great surfing, or building sand
castles. To the right of the cove area, as you face the ocean, is a wild rocky beach full of tide pools at low tide - lots of fun to investigate.Da Gorgio's is a gorgeous well designed open air Italian restaurant located within the resort. Their selections are pasta dishes, seafood entrees, gourmet pizza's, desserts, & wines. Relax by one of the 3 cascading swimming pools that kiss the ocean while enjoying spectacular views including breathtaking sunsets. Sip a refreshing drink while enjoying all this & the surfers. Weddings are a frequency here.
This spacious 1 bedroom condo suite is 1000 sq. ft. sleeping four people. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom & a queensleeper sofa in the living room. An extra mattress is available to put on the sleeper sofa, the floor, or the oversized balcony for more comfort. It is totally turnkey & completely furnished including 2 satellite TV's, CD stereo, phone with voice mail, appliances, cookware, service for 8, sheets, & towels. All you need are your own beach towels, clothes (Cabo is very casual), sports equipment, tennis racquet, golf clubs, surfboard, scuba/snorkeling gear & you're set! Lighted tennis courts are at the resort along with free parking. Nearby are several gorgeous golf courses, horseback riding on the beach, bull fights, outstanding deep sea fishing & diving within a 5 - 10 minute drive. For about $20., you can obtain a shuttle to the airport when you leave.
Don't miss The Office, a restaurant/bar on the beach for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Great food & drinks are served while you stick your feet in the sand & relax. Rent jet ski's, water taxi's to Lover's beach, glass bottom boats to El Arco (Lands End, where the Pacific Ocean meets the Sea of Cortez at the world famous rock arch), or parasail. At night, The Giggling Marlin - don't miss their nightly show, dance like crazy at Squid Roe, or check out Sammy Hagar's Cabo Wabo. Fun, fun,fun...
