Rights of the Rentee:

Occupy the apartment with the right number of residents according to accommodations. No sub-renting is permitted to people not included in the contract. Not to make use of the apartment with people of dubious lives.

Obligations of the Rentee:

Look after the conservation and cleanliness of the apartment, to obey the conventions of the condominium of the apartment in question.
