at the Downtown Main Library.

Barbara A. LymanThere are 2 levels of existence- one is physical and the other is mental. In order to lead a successful and content life, we need to have both physical and mental strength.

Physical strength comes from our Health.
Mental strength comes from our Happiness.

Dear Amitava,

Re: "In order to lead a successful and content life, we need to have both physical and mental strength."

What makes you so sure, what are you so cocky? I have mental strength but little physical strength; I feel fine, am reasonably happy and secure.

I think it's stupid to say that mental strength comes from happiness. Mental strength comes mostly from KNOWING important shit.

My friend, you are so right! You do need to come to this workshop and share that with everyone. May be it will put some sense into some of us.

I may still like to point out that 'important shit' or whatever that is we need to know, is already within us- we just need to scratch out the dirt that we have accumulated on top of it.

You seem to be wrong about almost everything you say to me; for example: "...whatever it is we need to know, is already within us..." It doesn't get within except -- mostly with book-learning. Only the uneducated talk like this, as if it's a matter of pride not to know how things work, or at least TRY to have a correct as possible opinion about things. But you're right about scratching out the dirt as you put it in the vernacular, like the resistance to education and that "I'm ok and you're ok"... things like that, my friend.

You truly are amazing! You do need to be heard my friend! And, I invite you and challenge you to ask these questions at our event. I will return your registration money at the end of the program if you can take up my challenge. Not many people can give you this option if you disagree with them. :)

Just so that you don't get misled anymore, let me point out that I (and you will find out at the workshop who else) actually disagree with your claim in the first email you sent. I just lightly mocked you by saying you were right. And, I also stand by with what I said about 'knowledge being with us'. I invite you to come find out where I got that stupid idea!

When do you want to pick up your ticket? As I told you, you can have your money back if you can ask your questions to our speaker.

Good day!
