 My review 

Pella seems incompetent !
They won't leave you alone.  Besides that, Pella is incompetent, unable or unwilling to make the widow replacements that I wanted.  Pella is irritating.

 

Pella will continue to spam you once you get mixed up with them.  That's my experience.
